Kenta Takahashi was charmed by olive oil drenched in the Mediterranean sun. The restaurant’s name means ‘one yearning for the sun’, referring to Takahashi himself. One taste of his dishes made with olive oil will convince you of his expertise in the subject. The house speciality is the fennel and sardine pasta. Ever eager to please his guests, Takahashi will even prepare items not on the menu. Taking the freedom of à la carte one step further is one of the joys of Bramasole.
