Keigo Abe’s individuality sparkles in this omakase set meal emporium of tempura, soba buckwheat noodles and other dishes. The meal begins with seasonal fare before progressing to tempura fried in Taihaku untoasted sesame oil then to handmade 100% soba noodles and thin noodles, both served chilled. Abe proudly uses noted products of his native Akita. The attentive proprietress supports the shop with graceful service. Tsumakoi means ‘loving couple’: a fitting name.
