Taiwan’s first crab-themed kaiseki restaurant ships live matsuba and taraba crabs from Japan every week. Kegani crabs and puffer fish are also offered when in season. Four set menus showcase the crustaceans in all their glory using different preparations and techniques. Even the claypot rice is nothing short of stunning. Ask for counter seats to be close to the action or a room for more privacy. Book at least one week ahead.
