After honing his skills in an establishment of classic Taiwanese cooking for over 20 years, the head chef opened his own restaurant with only three tables in an alleyway hectic with street food stalls. Taiwanese all-time favourites are given a new spin here and his chicken soups are hugely popular. Try also sautéed shrimps with scrambled eggs in lettuce wraps.
