This elegant interior is the brainchild of a team of Japanese designers and floral artists. A sister restaurant of Yoroniku in Japan, it specializes in rare and premium cuts of Wagyu beef. Besides the signature chateaubriand and misuji, tsukimi sukiyaki is flat iron grilled and dipped into raw egg from Yilan County for a velvety texture. The deep-fried beef sandwich is a favourite not on the menu – it’s worth pre-ordering to avoid missing out.
