With wine glass racks hanging above the communal tables, it’s clear that wine is at the core of this industrial-style bistro. The food was also created with wine in mind. Small bites, like drunken pigeon basted in sherry sauce, and grilled piquillo stuffed with crabmeat mousse, are best enjoyed with the French and Italian wines on the extensive list. There are also dishes for sharing, like koshihikari rice in cast iron pot with foie gras and garlic bits.
