This glass-walled country restaurant run by the Alajmo brothers stands on the banks of the River Sile, just a few minutes from the Venetian lagoon, and overlooks a vegetable garden, vineyard and beautiful green meadows. Mattia Ercolino is at the helm in the kitchen, creating dishes which focus on local traditions and ingredients, while Laura Roncaccioli oversees the front of house.
