This smart monochrome restaurant sits within a refurbished city centre mansion, which also houses its sister restaurants and office space. It’s primarily a grill-based operation, with the attractively presented dishes providing plenty of flavour. For their main course, guests choose one central ingredient, whether it be Tomahawk steak or lemon sole, to be cooked in the charcoal-fired Mibrasa oven; two sides and a sauce accompany the main event.
