Owner-chef Gian Marco, who hails from a family of restaurateurs, has given his eatery the same name as his parents’ historic restaurant which played an important part in Pompeii’s culinary history. Here he serves his own personal take on the flavours of Campania amid a contemporary-style backdrop.
