At the entrance to this restaurant overlooking the elegant Piazza Lino in Pavia’s historic centre, you can either head into the main dining room which houses the gourmet Michelin-starred restaurant or into the bistro which serves simpler fare. In the former, Andrea Ribaldone and resident chef Valerio Tafuri serve a series of themed tasting menus (from which you can also order individual dishes) which are highly creative and elaborate, and include occasionally exotic ingredients. There’s also a chef’s table for guests keen to observe the chef at work.
