Here, rural charm combines with elegant and contemporary interior design to create a welcoming setting – that goes for both the Hirschen hotel and its small fine dining restaurant with its upscale, sleek and stylish dining space. The modern and seasonal set menu, "Feld & Flur" ("Field & Fell"), is composed of six or seven courses imbued with a hint of the Mediterranean, such as wild garlic ravioli with tomato. Wine pairings are available upon request. Head to the delicatessen for house-made specialities such as chutneys, pickles and cured meats.
