This modest yet charming restaurant opposite the Paço de Arcos gardens is characterised by great enthusiasm, painstaking service and the hard work of young Annakaren Fuentes, who is on top of everything. The cooking here can be defined as modern Portuguese, based around respect for traditional ingredients and flavours and showcased on two tasting menus: Manifesto (4 courses) and Cabal (7 courses). Individual dishes can also be ordered à la carte style from both menus.
