This restaurant is in the mountains and the building is a 150-year-old home that was relocated; the floor, cooking stove and hearth create an atmosphere of country living. The three sons who inherited the restaurant from their parents, who built it, shows that the relationship between food and people represents harmony with nature. Wild vegetables and herbs picked on the hills behind the restaurant are made into tempura. The rice is cooked over a wood fire.
