Situated on the top floor of the Due Torri hotel, this rooftop restaurant boasts stunning views of Maiori, Ravello and much of the Amalfi coast. Although it’s worth dining here for the view alone, the cuisine adds to the attraction, with dishes that focus on creative interpretations of recipes from Campania – a good example is the many different ways tomato is used including tomato water distilled in an alembic still. Chef Alfonso Crisci’s recipes are complex and always full of different ingredients and colours, with a selection of delicious and generous desserts to finish your meal.
