2024 represents 40 years since Sally Clarke opened her eponymous restaurant, and the loyalty of her many regular diners is testament to the warmth of the place and her kind-hearted hospitality. The seasonal menu is a combination of British and Mediterranean influences, and the kitchen displays a light touch and a healthy respect for the quality ingredients, be it lemon sole or loin of fallow deer.
