L'avis du Guide Michelin
Famous for their cookery schools, Le Cordon Bleu also operate restaurants: this one in the Grade II listed building, originally designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens for the Press Association. The room is stylishly decorated in soothing blues and whites and the impeccably attired chefs are on show in the glass-fronted kitchen. Cooking shows a strong classical bent, and dishes are presented in an eye-catching, modern style.
