Situated in the heart of the city, AFTR boasts a charming outdoor space away from the busy riverfront that is perfect for evening dining. Indoors, the ambience is modern and elegant, with two main dining rooms and two small private areas. The traditional, Mediterranean-influenced cuisine is fresh and tasty, with delicate ingredients skilfully combined with distinctive flavours. This is accompanied by a small wine selection, with a number of labels also available by the glass. Our inspector recommends trying a white organic wine (there are many excellent organic options in Slovenia), such as the Vitvoska di Kukanja.
