Housed in a long-established hotel (the Regina Isabella was founded in the 1950s by a famous publisher), Indaco adds to Ischia’s appeal thanks to its elegant atmosphere (there’s also a romantic candlelit lounge where guests can enjoy a coffee or digestif) and its top-quality gourmet cuisine. Overlooking one of the island’s most enchanting bays, the restaurant is home to chef Pasquale Palamaro (a native of Ischia) who takes guests on a culinary journey inspired by his love of the sea. The chef’s past experience and his passion for fish has led him to focus solely on fish-based cuisine.
