If you find yourself on one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean Sea and hungering for Mediterranean-Asian fusion cuisine, then head for Noel Azzopardi's Kaiseki. There's a cosy vibe to this basement restaurant and the Chef-Owner's kitchen produces interesting creations like soy-marinated tuna belly carpaccio, goat's cheese and grapefruit crostino, BBQ pork dumplings with teriyaki, sesame seeds and spicy mayo or roasted duck breast with pickled beetroot, pak choi and crispy duck & mozzarella roll. The different cooking styles are combined well, and the informal, casual atmosphere makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
