With a name meaning ‘century’, the concept here is to transport guests back to 100 years ago, to eat like our great-grandparents used to. Cue vintage music, chandeliers and green velvet chairs. The cooking, inspired by early 20C dining, includes the likes of steak tartare and flambéed elk. Choose from a tasting menu, an à la carte or a ‘menu du jour’; all boast dishes that are simple, well-cooked and feature good quality meat, seafood and vegetables.
