Having already established three neighbourhood restaurants in London, owners David Gingell and Jeremie Cometto-Lingenheim turned their attention to an old bank building in Cornwall. Their deep-rooted local and sustainable philosophy remains the same, except here the dishes have more of a seafood slant.
