In the attractive Hotel Bülow Palais in Dresden's Baroque quarter, the bistro and winter garden have been combined in the Caroussel Nouvelle, with a stylish interior by star designer Carlo Rampazzi. The "Classics" menu is available for lunch and dinner, along with two "Gourmet" set menus (one is vegetarian) in the evening – also with à la carte options.
