This restaurant is housed in the unlikely surroundings of the Hellerau Craft Workshops, originally founded by Karl Schmidt in 1909. Today the food on offer is fresh, flavoursome and regional, as well as creative. Try the pink roast leg of lamb with pointed cabbage and Saxony potato cakes.
