Here at Hotel Deidesheimer Hof, the dedication of the Hahn family is plain to see, including when it comes to the restaurant. In this beautiful historical building, the contrast between the old cross vault and the modern table settings and colourful decor is spot on. Prepared using select produce, the dishes can be ordered as a set menu or à la carte. It goes without saying that they have the regional classic Saumagen (stuffed pig's stomach) on the menu. Stefan Neugebauer and Felix Jarzina are the faces behind the excellent cuisine. The friendly and experienced front-of-house team will be happy to talk you through the regional wines, which are available on tap.
