A modern, open space decorated in a minimalist yet warm contemporary style, with just a few tables. Situated on the straight road following the seafront and the railway line, this restaurant combines regional ingredients with new culinary techniques. The bold, thoughtful dishes showcase fish from the nearby sea, flavoured with herbs such as bay leaves, thyme, cicerbita and rapunzel which conjure up the scents and colours of the hills behind Lavagna, where owner-chef Ivan Maniago purchases his extra-virgin olive oil and high-quality meat from local producers. Four tasting menus – Pensieri, Vege “Table”, Quinto Quarto and Inedito in Liguria – and the possibility of à la carte.
