This white Art Nouveau-style property, which dates from 1905 and has been carefully restored, reopened its doors in 2023 with great fanfare, adding its honourable name to the city’s food scene. The à la carte will appeal to everyone, featuring recognisable dishes and classic flavours which have been brought up to date through the use of contemporary techniques. The ingredients used are high on quality and the chef is conscious of the benefits of allowing space on the plate for natural flavours to fully express themselves, as witnessed by dishes such as chargrilled squid with a sweet red pepper salsa, confit of chicken with a mushroom cream, and pork loin milanesa. Choose from an array of dining spaces in which the traditional decor respects the building’s heritage and style. The large arch-shaped windows provide lots of natural light as well as views of the Ecoparque, the perfect place to spend a family weekend.
