A converted bus depot just outside the city has been transformed into this minimalist-style restaurant. Here, the chef works with carefully selected produce to create his own style of cuisine with a particular fondness for acidic and smoked ingredients, as well as the use of contrasting flavours. The options here include two tasting menus as well as the à la carte, plus a selection of raw fish dishes.
