No trip to Beijing is complete without trying the iconic roast duck. Cantonese roast goose, albeit harder to come by, is actually a nice alternative. Geese, chilled not frozen, are shipped to this spot from Guangdong and you may specify fattier or leaner cuts. Honey goose liver, and marinated goose head, web and wings are also worth a try. Don’t miss the Cantonese classics like double-boiled soups and dim sum. The goose and soups must be pre-ordered.
