From the chefs preparing the dishes in front of your eyes to the sommelier’s well-selected pairings, everything runs like clockwork here. Chef Eric Mansikka’s surprise tasting menu features powerful flavours and colours, yet a delicate, very detailed touch, with the ingredients either foraged (such as the herbs, mushrooms and flowers) or sourced from local farmers, fishermen and hunters. In a fun touch, their empty beer bottles are blown into uniquely designed water glasses.
