Having worked in renowned restaurants in France and Spain, she decided to open his own business where she offers creative cuisine that champions local and seasonal ingredients. Occupying a corner location in the charming Pinheiros district, Animus features a decor of warm tones combined with wood, and features an open kitchen where guests can observe the chefs in action. The menu comprises à la carte options and a six courses tasting menu, in addition to an “executive” menu available during the week.
