The star of the show here is the charcoal grill, providing a different emphasis to other restaurants in the Huto group. Taking a step back from the usual nigiri and sashimi, the menu includes a variety of seafood, fish, meat and vegetables, all of which are imbued with the smoky flavours of charcoal, alongside signature dishes from the renowned flagship eatery in Moema. The most attractive option is the Omakase, a tasting menu chosen by the chef, although you’ll also find a sushi bar serving fresh fish, roes and an array of top-quality seafood. The wood decor and soft lighting are the key features of the sophisticated yet welcoming ambience. If you have the chance, take a seat at the bar counter to feed off the energy from the kitchen as part of a unique dining experience.
