As well as a highly enjoyable dining experience, Maza boasts a relaxing and welcoming setting with plenty of natural light, where the combination of wood and soft tones is clearly evident as soon as you walk through the door – a decor embellished by the beautiful cherry tree. The cuisine here is based around classic Japanese fare with a modern and personalised touch, including some Korean dishes. The different types of menus on offer include a seven-course option (served exclusively at table), the Omakase (only available at the bar counter), an à la carte and an “executive” menu. Exquisite dishes include karasumi, ussuzukuri, Wagyu tataki, “shake butter”, as well as sushi, sashimi, temaki and hot dishes such as black cod and Bibimbap Korean rice. An impressive choice of sakes and cocktails completes the picture.
