L'avis du Guide Michelin
Simone takes its name from owner-chef Simone Paratella from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. With vast experience in leading European restaurants behind him, he decided to open what has become one of the most sophisticated temples of Italian cuisine in the Itaim Bibi part of the city. Inspired by the cuisine of his homeland, he creates several options of his star dish, namely “tajarin” (with tomatoes, summer truffles, rabbit ragu etc), as well as other options such as “risotto birra e rosmarino”, made with beer and rosemary, and the attractive “cruda all'albese”, consisting of a filet mignon cut into small pieces, with truffle and Grana Padano foam. Choose between seats at the bar counter, where you can watch dishes being prepared, or at one of the few tables dotted around the dining room.
