Terry Priem is a man with two faces – on the one hand, he's the graphic artist (aka Ster) who, using aerosol paints, decorated the dining space here; on the other, he's a chef who demonstrates his artistic creativity in bold dishes that see subtle innovations added to classic favourites. He serves up venison fillet, for example, with rösti and a sauce rounded off with cocoa and parsley root. In this gastrobar, you have the choice between a selection of small dishes and a five-course tasting menu, from which you can also order à la carte. Original cocktails and an excellent wine list make this culinary adventure complete.
