A characteristic entrance into the courtyard of what used to be a monastery in the late 1500s, the atmosphere inside becomes more classic and the whole scene is captured by the kitchen: tangible, tasty, without any pointless frills, with both meat and fish dishes, largely creative on a national basis, but also with some local references.
