The chef draws from experience working with some of the biggest names in London and in fine dining restaurants across Europe and Asia to create a French contemporary menu with Mediterranean influences and a touch of Asian. They serve a five to seven-course tasting menu, à la carte and plenty of vegetarian options. The beverage list is outstanding, with a good selection of wine and spirits to be paired with the food. The Sunday brunch offers a huge range of fresh seafood.
