The open grill at this restaurant is a regular feature, delighting guests with a wide array of top-quality meat dishes. From Tomahawk to chops, and fillets to picanha steak (the meat is sourced locally, as well as from further afield), the quality is always excellent, while the service is quick yet friendly and discreet. The large picture windows boast fine views of the surrounding hills, giving guests the pleasant sensation of dining outdoors. There’s also a second dining room with a cosy, minimalist feel, which is perfect for winter evenings. Local, seasonal ingredients take centre stage here, such as asparagus, which is served with fuzi pasta and scampi or grilled as a side dish, and truffles, which feature in a number of dishes, including deliciously creamy mashed potatoes.
