Among the highlights: cuttlefish tagliatelle with its own ragù, mussels, and potato cream; braised pork saddle with squash millefeuille, green peppercorn sauce, and peanut cream; and the “moretta” from Fano served with coffee and rum gelato, indulgent and impeccable. Alongside a well-calibrated wine selection, the cocktails stand out, prepared with notable care.
