L'avis du Guide Michelin
If you’ve embarked upon a big international road trip or have ever dreamed of doing so, you’ll definitely identify with the chef at this restaurant, the name of which (along with the decor) relates to the number of borders that owner-chef Dave Soady crossed in his van when he travelled from his native USA to Argentina. Somewhat casual in feel and with an ethnic touch to its design (e.g. walls similar in style to those found in adobe huts, corncob lights etc), the restaurant is dominated by a large Guayubira wood counter that enables the chef to interact with guests. The aim of the cuisine here is to connect all the flavours discovered as part of his journey through Central and Southern America via small plates featuring creative and fusion-inspired details (Christmas in Panama, vegetarian “pupusas”, taco tastings, Jorge “the hunter” etc). The end result is unique, fun and highly entertaining!
