‘Macua’ is a contraction of three French words: magnifier, to make larger: cuisine; and agréable, enjoyable. Chef Daisuke Nakayama derives his creative inspiration from picturing the smiles of his guests. Hors d’oeuvres in small servings on multiple plates are a delightful surprise. Rossini burgers borrow from the classic fare of beef with foie gras. Colourful dishes prepared with edible flowers engage the eye with beautiful shades and tones.
