But it’s the quality food made with fresh, top-notch ingredients that wins the hearts of the regulars. The famous fried chicken wing stuffed with sticky rice is the must-try item. Baked sea whelk stuffed with foie gras, and steamed rice with chicken, abalone and dried scallops are also well-executed. Service is friendly and thoughtful.
