There’s an unfussy style to this informal restaurant, with its wood-clad walls and cool anglepoise lighting. The regularly changing menu is solidly Nordic in base, but there’s the odd international influence like yuzu kosho or vadouvan curry too. The full-flavoured dishes use organic ingredients grown in the restaurant’s nearby fields and showcase well thought-through combinations.
