L'avis du Guide Michelin
A few kilometers from Lake Garda, on gentle vine‑clad slopes, the entrance to Villa Cordevigo, home to L’Oseleta, makes a grand impression as it opens between two rows of cypress trees. Inside are two intimate dining rooms, but the best tables are in the elegant veranda with wide glass windows, where views of the gardens and pool create a charming atmosphere, made even more delightful by impeccable service. Chef Marco Marras conducts with finesse a menu that ranges across seafood, vegetarian, lake‑inspired, and meat dishes, all presented with near‑surgical precision and refined theatrical flair. Among his signature creations, the Fusillone… my way (2022, but surprisingly up to date) stands out: perfectly al dente pasta with bagna cauda, borage, saffron, roasted eggplant, and cuttlefish ink. The sauces, skillfully harmonized, evoke both marine and earthy sensations on the palate.
