In the Ulm district of Söflingen, an attractive hotel with individual rooms and a beautiful restaurant awaits you in the historic courtyard of the former Clarissan convent, dating back to 1258. A modern ambience has been successfully created within the old walls, where a friendly, attentive team serves delicious dishes based on selected products. The ambitious chef offers a manageable à la carte selection of classics, including cheese spaetzle tartufo, roast beef and caviar specialities. On Tuesdays, there is also a 3-course schnitzel menu, and from Wednesday to Saturday, a gourmet menu with four, six or seven courses, named, for example, ‘scallops, onions, hazelnuts’ or ‘veal neck, mushrooms, cabbage, truffles’. A vegetarian option is also available. There is also a well-stocked wine list.
