The ambitious chef offers a manageable à la carte selection of classics, including cheese spaetzle tartufo, roast beef and caviar specialities. On Tuesdays, there is also a 3-course schnitzel menu, and from Wednesday to Saturday, a gourmet menu with four, six or seven courses, named, for example, ‘scallops, onions, hazelnuts’ or ‘veal neck, mushrooms, cabbage, truffles’.
