Unlike its ‘older brother’, the Maitr & Margarita restaurant (also recommended in the MICHELIN Guide), Poster is located in the lively Fragomahalas area, one of the city’s most vibrant spots, particularly after sunset. The result of a collaboration between the Betroot Design group, chef Sokratis Beligiannis and his partner Roi Apoikou, it presents an atmosphere combining modernity, informality and design details. Its main attraction, however, is the imposing counter that runs the length of the room and curves around the open kitchen, allowing diners to watch the team in action. Inspired by traditional Greek ingredients and flavours, the cuisine gains a subtly modern and creative touch, adapting to different occasions, from an end-of-day aperitif to a special dinner. The à la carte menu includes dishes to share, or simply small bites to accompany a good drink!
