Are you looking for a dining experience with a difference? In the restaurant of the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol, in a fabulous location on the Seefeld high plateau, the eponymous Chef's Table is just the ticket. Diners are seated in the kitchen, at two high tables. Here, in the thick of the action, you can watch Mario Döring and his team at work – the chefs themselves also present their dishes. Made using top-notch ingredients, the creative courses of the seasonal set menu showcase wonderfully harmonious combinations and bold flavours. Exemplifying the outstanding quality is the binchotan charcoal-grilled langoustine, served with fermented carrot, crispy puffed grains, Arctic char caviar and beurre blanc foam. The desserts by pastry chef Manfred Löschl also deserve a mention, for example "cheesecake, rhubarb, hemp, verbena". Wine pairings and alcohol-free alternatives are available. This special "Chef's Table" experience is available by reservation and in the evening only (Mon-Fri).
