The signature roast goose has just the right level of spice and boasts glistening, crackling skin and firm meat. You may want to coincide with the time these highly prized birds come fresh out of the oven, at 11:30am and 5:30pm daily. Fatty, sticky and with a delicately milky flavour, the char siu is nicely charred on the edges.
