A really interesting modern, open restaurant concept with a fully visible kitchen. They serve a five-course menu based entirely on seasonal Czech ingredients. Without being fancy, the dishes are delicate and elegant, the flavours clear and well balanced. The atmosphere in the large, airy space on the first floor is pleasantly relaxed, and the charming staff are very professional and helpful. The sustainable philosophy followed here is explained in detail – a film projected onto the wall introduces you to the producers. Tip: The Eska bakery located on the ground floor sells house-made bread, as well as preserved vegetables and much more!
