Diners are seated at generously spaced tables elegantly set with quality tableware to enjoy the modern, seasonally inspired cuisine of Marcel Tauschek and his team and friendly, attentive and professional service. Dishes such as "rabbit, asparagus, wild garlic" or "beef, broccoli, onion" stand out for their wonderful textures and expression, deftly balancing contrasting flavours into a harmonious whole. While remaining anchored in classical foundations, the cooking displays plenty of original ideas – the magnificent sauces are a case in point! The ingredients are of exquisite quality.
