L'avis du Guide Michelin
This spacious venue, which is not without a certain magnetism, is spread over two floors (the semi-basement houses Atelier, chef Ramón Freixa's unique gastronomic space). It offers a surprisingly elegant, bourgeois atmosphere, with an abundance of wood, carefully chosen vintage details, a space dedicated to cured meats (complete with a ham carver), ample wine cellar, and a bar serving classic cocktails. Flavour reigns supreme here, which is why they offer a traditional yet refreshingly modern menu that draws on Catalan cuisine, drawing inspiration from family recipes. Make sure to try the aged rum baba with whipped cream for dessert!
